Korean BBQ + Yuzu Ramen on One Anguk Table

Doma Yuzu Ramen at the entrance of Bukchon Hanok Village — an Anguk restaurant where Japanese ramen and Korean BBQ meet on one board. Menu guide and ordering flow.

Korean BBQ + Yuzu Ramen on One Anguk Table

Five minutes on foot from Anguk Station Exit 2, at the entrance of Bukchon Hanok Village, Doma Yuzu Ramen is neither a pure ramen shop nor a Korean BBQ restaurant. Two distinct crafts meet on the same wooden board: the precision of Japanese ramen and the abundance of Korean grill culture, served on a single table.

Yuzu-Aroma Ramen — Focused on Essentials

The base is the bright aroma of yuzu peel unfurling on the broth. A clean shoyu and a soft shio sit at the core, with spicy variations and tsukemen built for the Korean palate. Noodles are pulled fresh in-house every day.

  • Yuzu shoyu ramen — yuzu peel over a deep soy base
  • Yuzu shio ramen — clear salt broth lifted by yuzu
  • Spicy yuzu shoyu / shio — Cheongyang chili adds Korean heat
  • Yuzu tsukemen — noodles dipped into concentrated yuzu broth

Korean BBQ — Cuts That Speak for Themselves

The pride is in the cut, not the marinade. Each morning, Hanwoo is trimmed and laid out on a single board. For first-timers, the Doma Platter A (150g) is the starting point — kkotsal, fresh galbi and sirloin compared side by side. For two with appetite, Platter B (200g) or wagyu sirloin (150g).

  • Doma Platter A·B — kkotsal, fresh galbi, sirloin on one board
  • Kkotsal — marbling that blooms like flower petals
  • Fresh galbi — unmarinated, pure grain and aroma
  • Wagyu sirloin — rich marbling, silken bite
  • Premium Hanwoo tongue, Hanwoo beef sashimi, Hanwoo yukhoe, Spanish Iberico

Korea's First — Hanwoo Yukhoe Tsukemen

Restaurants that serve both ramen and Hanwoo on the same menu are rare. Doma Yuzu Ramen is the first in Korea to put them into a single bowl: tsukemen crowned with raw Hanwoo. The Japanese dipping-noodle format meets the freshness of Korean Hanwoo, all in one dish.

How to Order

For a light lunch after walking Bukchon, one bowl of ramen is enough. For an evening with family or a date, the natural flow is Hanwoo platter first, then ramen or tsukemen to close. A bean-paste stew comes with any BBQ order.
